Constituents from academe, industry, government agencies, association of professional organizations, and nongovernment organizations are invited to submit scientific papers to be presented at the ICSET 2025 physically or online. Attendees (non-presenter) and Learners are welcome to register and attend.

A. Dates to remember:


March 01, 2024- November 30, 2024 Submission of Full Paper
4 - 8 weeks Issuance of Notice of Acceptance After Submission of Full Paper
November 30, 2024 Deadline of 'Full Paper Submission'
September 2024- January 15, 2025 Online Registration Period



B. Important Information to Remember


Full papers shall be submitted to [email protected] You may create your account anytime, and prior to submission of your scientific paper. The template for the Full Paper can be downloaded here.


Please be conscious of the deadline/s. Deck presentation template will be sent to corresponding author of the accepted papers. There will be awards for best presenters, and best ICSET 2025 paper


All submitted papers will undergo peer review by the ICSET 2025 Technical Committee and the review team of the target journal.


Accepted papers will be presented at ICSET 2025. Participants may choose online or physical presentation


All participants are advised to register upon receipt of an Acceptance Letter from the ICSET 2025 Secretariat.


Accepted full papers shall undergo rigorous review process for possible publication to ICSET 2025 Partner Journals.

  4. Shall be a collaborative work for research, development innovation
